Hi everyone,
I've been living in Parramatta for about 5 years since moving up here for work. I've been relatively RPG deprived during this time and am interested in any gaming groups that might be open to new members.
I'm also a long-time GM (actually, I have seldom ever played a game) so would also be interested in putting together somethign if there are interested players out there.
Games I've run, played or otherwise have an interest in include (in no particular order);
Exalted
In Nomine
Shadowrun
Scion
Some of the WoD games
Mage the Sorcerer's Crusade
Dark Heresy
Fading Suns
Feng Shui
Aberrant
Trinity
I hope to hear from someone in the not too distant future!

We are looking for more players for the new Dark Sun campaign setting in 4th ed D&D playing every second saturday at the shop.
Plus Magic the Gathering this Thursday at the shop.
Who else has games seeking players...?

Unfortunately Saturday's aren't much good for me.
Even if there are no existing games going, I'd be interested in starting up something new if there are enough interested players.

If you are interested in playing any of the games that we normally run here, drop in one event day to talk to the other players, even if you can't hang around to play the full session). You may be able to organise a group for another time/location from amongst them.

ok - will do.
Is there a fixed schedule of when they meet, or is it all organised through the forums?

On a related topic - does anyone know of a vehicle for disposing of unwanted RPG material? I have a 4-foot high stack of books I'm never going to use again that are still in good (many as new) condition, but are all superseded by new editions.
In particular I have almost all of exalted first edition books and a lot of 2nd ed WoD (werewolf and vampire mostly).
Any suggestions other than eBay?

When there was a good secondhand bookshop in Parramatta, if they ever got old RPG rulebooks they sold quickly. There is a market for them. Ebay them.
